Cassettes

• All cassettes are custom loaded to the length of the music.
• Cassettes are normal-bias ferric-oxide based tape.
• Cassette shells are loaded/assembled in North America.

 

Shipping

• All items are shipped USPS first class.
• Orders typically ship within 3-5 days.
• Domestic shipping starts at $4 + $1 for each additional item.
• International shipping is available, starting at $14 USD.

 

Refund Policy

• We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
  
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
• We only replace items if they are still in stock. If you return an out of stock item, you will recieve store credit for your return.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
